• All classes have limited registration. Registration will be on a first-come,
first-serve basis.
• No refunds will be given after the registration deadline.
• In the event that a class is full or cancelled, your fee will be returned
within 4 to 6 weeks.
• Registration fee must be enclosed with the registration form. Your name
will not be added to the registration list without fee.
• A $10 administrative fee will be charged for processing all refunds!
• Contact hours will be awarded for all applicable classes.
• All LSUHSC-S employees must have their supervisor’s signature on the
registration form to register.
• Patient Care Support Services of LSUHSC-S reserves the right to cancel
a course offering if numbers of course participants are insufficient for
the offering.
• All retired LSUHSC-S employees may attend Patient Care Support’s educational
offerings for the fee charged for LSUHSC-S employees.
• Bring a sweater since meeting rooms may be cool.
